We are back and we cannot wait to see all our lovely clients! It has been a long month for us, sitting around and waiting for the moment we were able to open our doors again, but it will be worth the wait we know that for certain.

Our team have been buzzing to get you guys back in the hot seat, and we know that there is going to be an awful lot of hair to cut but don’t you worry, we have come prepared.

So without further ado, what better time to introduce to you our brand new barber, Charlie Daniel Holmes.

Charlie recently decided to move down from Worcester to join Cresswell Barber Co., and we could not be more delighted. Time to Find Out More About Charlie

Charlie is an experienced barber and mastered his trade with many years within the industry.

We thought it would be a great idea to throw some quick-fire questions at Charlie so you guys can find out a bit more about his character as well as some more interesting and intricate details too!

How did you get into barbering?

“I actually started my barbering career in a barbershop in Somerset that was owned by a friend then moving onto Worcester to finish my apprenticeship.”

What are your favourite styles to cut?

“I love making longer flowing hairstyles with tapered necklines.”

What do you get up to outside of work?

“I’m a huge fan of cooking, nothing better than making some lovely meals. I also love going out for food and drinks. Definitely one of my favourite things to do.”

What is your biggest achievement in barbering?

“Probably cutting hair live on stage at Barber Connect for Clubman. I also got flown to Glasgow once to cut at The Great British Barber Bash.”

Have you ever had a famous client?

“In my time in Worcester, I cut a few of the guys from Worcester Warriors rugby team and also cut British Olympic weightlifter Sonny Webster’s hair a few times.”

What is your favourite food or meal?

“Has to be steak and chips but since living back down south I am particularly fond of fish & chips.”

Do you have a party trick?

“Moonwalk.”

What is your favourite thing about Cresswell Barber Co.?

“Definitely the team sprit, everyone works together so well it’s lovely to see. I was also made to feel so welcome and instantly part of the family.”
