Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Punctuality & Late Arrivals

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives late. As self-employed barbers with back-to-back appointments, we must respect the time of all clients.

Please arrive at least five minutes early for your appointment. We offer complimentary coffee and a seating area while you wait.

Late arrivals may be refused and charged the full appointment fee as a missed appointment.

Booking Confirmation

A confirmation email is required to validate your appointment. If you have not received a confirmation, your booking is not confirmed.

Appointment Reminders

You will receive a text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. To ensure you receive notifications, please enable them in the Squire app.

Payments

We are unable to access any card details submitted through our booking partner, Squire.

If you have enabled the auto-payment option in your Squire account, your card will be charged automatically one hour before your appointment.
